Recent Credit Card Fraud

We have had several people call us and ask about charges from us that they've found on their credit card statement. I assure you that these do NOT originate from our company. First, we have no way of charging anyone's credit card without their authorization. It's simply not possible for us. We are not receiving the proceeds from any of these transactions. Our best hypothesis is that someone is simply using our name, and then billing various cardholders who've had their credit card information hacked or stolen somehow. I've contacted the credit card company involved, as well as the attorney general and will continue to do whatever I can. Keep in mind, in essence, this has nothing to do with us, and we're powerless to intervene. Someone is simply "posing as us" and stealing money by adding fraudulent charges to unsuspecting people's credit cards. If you're a victim, don't hesitate to call or email us to have a discussion. But first and foremost, alert your credit card company.
